Mini Makeup Haul: Summer Edition ☀️

Hey Lovelies! Whats up?

I, for one, have been buried in study material 📚 . My final exams are finally over and I’m BACK ON THE BLOG! Woot!

When it comes to makeup in summer, I keep it simple. If I take it a little too over the top, I turn out to be a walking-talking-melting foundation snowman because of the heat ☀️ !

So, here’s a my minimalistic monday drugstore haul featuring Maybelline cosmetics. I hope you enjoy reading this post 😄 .

UntitledMaybelline Matte 691 Rich Ruby Lipstick

Can I just say that I love this color?! I usually go with bold lipsticks 👄, and although I sport them very selectively, I don’t regret this buy. Maybelline has a wide range of matte lipsticks, but this was my pick in the rush of the moment.

Maybelline Gel Eyeliner

I have already reviewed Maybelline’s ‘pen’ eyeliner on my other post. I bought the gel liner mainly to experiment, and because it doesn’t require an excessively glossy base (or a basic one!) to pop 😊 .

Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Gloss (Pink)

I prefer bold lip colors to light shimmers, but Baby Lips really tempted me. I can’t say it’s not the kind of lip gloss that does not stick to your hair mid-hair-flip 💁🏻 , but the color is cute and is great for a simple layer on top of a lip balm.

Maybelline is probably my go-to brand and my on-the-go essential. If you enjoyed this post, feel free to check out my first Drugstore Makeup Haul! You might also enjoy my Spehora Haul post! Enjoy your day/evening 😊 !

What’s your summer essential?

Lots of love, Vinny
