Easy Oreo Cake : Baking Sessions ðŸ˜‡

Hello my lovely readers,

How are you all? It’s been a while since I have been on the blog.

Recently, I came across this really simple oreo cake recipe from a friend, and being a avid fan of easy desserts (and oreos!) I thought I’d give it a go 😊 . I originally meant to share this yummy dessert recipe on the Fourth of July, but due to a busy schedule I was not able to do so, however, I  do hope you had an amazing Fourth of July!

The things you will be needing for this 10 minute cake recipe are as follows:

  • I pack of 10 oreos
  • Oil or Butter
  • Baking Trays or a Microvave-Friendly Container
  • Cold Milk
  • Mixer (optional, as you can mash the cookies by hand)
  • Oven or Microwave.

The Recipe is as follows:

1. Add 10 oreos to the mixer grinder, or you can place them in a ziplock and mash by hand. Mix or grind until powder. If your dry mix has crumbs it’s alright.
2. Add half-a-glass of cold milk to your dry mix.

3.Coat a thin layer of oil or butter on to your baking trays or microvave-friendly container.

5.Set your Oven to 150°C .
6.Place your tray or container into the oven.

7.For the oven, it takes about 10 minutes; as for microwave, 5 minutes.

*If you are not sure about how long you should keep your mix in the oven, you can place toothpicks in mix, and when the toothpicks rise till the brim, your cakes are ready!

I hope you enjoy the recipe, if you happen to try it out feel free to leave a comment below on how your cakes turned out! Stay tuned for more.

Get baking,
